Hotel Grischuna

This is a real gem of a hotel. The family who run the hotel are friendly, extremely helpful and were able to help us with train travel and tips for sightseeing.  Our room was large, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. The free wifi was fabulous. I had asked for a kettle and it was in our room when we arrived, no charge. The hotel is right at the end of the platform of the station so we didn’t have to walk down the very steep hill to the village with our luggage. It was a short, flat 5 minute walk.Our room was very quiet and we were not disturbed by the trains. The hotel is not air conditioned but the windows can be opened. There is no lift so luggage must be carried up the stairs. We were on the 2nd floor in Room 12. Dinner was expensive but excellent. The view from the restaurant over the town was lovely.  We would stay and eat here again.
