Best room in the hotel. Lift. Fifth floor. Double balcony looking straight over Chapel Bridge and the Water Tower. No toiletries except liquid shampoo/shower gel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Tea/coffee making. Good heating system. Easy to adjust. Opening window/door. Good shower pressure. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was continental. Coffee was freshly mad for each table and was good.
