As a Gold Frequent Flyer, I fly Qantas whenever I can. I enjoy having access to airport lounges worldwide, priority boarding and seat choice as well as other benefits. I have always found Qantas staff helpful in emergencies and they have always looked after me in the rare occasion where the flight has been delayed or I have had a missed connection. My only criticism recently is that the food served on board, certainly in Economy Class, is not always as nice as it used to be.
