Some steps lead off to my right. I haven't explored up here yet. Five minutes and I am looking over the railway station and the sea. Back down the path and another set of steps appears on my left. Up I go and find myself in the cemetery which is built up with vaults in the walls. Beautifully maintained with artificial flowers and a photograph on almost every stone, it is a very peaceful place. I make my way back to the town centre. I love the lady in the Gelataria who helps me with my Italian pronunciation. Today I choose dark chocolate and mandarin. Mmmmmm....... I sit on the step in the sun, eat my gelato and watch the daily activity in my street.
