Mont Tremblant. Canada

Audrey from dtourtremblant picked us up this morning for a day's cross country skiing at Domaine Saint Bernard, a large nature reserve at Mont Tremblant. After being measured for skis, stocks and boots, we headed off with Sophie for a 90 minute lesson. There are 130 km of groomed snow trails to explore. I love cross country skiing so much more than downhilling because I'm not stuck in a lift queue and it's more like hiking. I can take the time to enjoy my surroundings. Today there are so many places today along the path around the frozen lake. The tracks are really well groomed and well signposted so off we went!

Never get so busy travelling

that you forget to have an icecream on the way
